Proven to be just as effective as other forms of therapy, telephone therapy is a great way of accessing support at your own convenience. Time constraints, difficulties travelling, or the need for discretion are just some of the reasons why clients choose to have therapy over the phone. Sessions last for one hour.

Online Therapy

Whether you live in a different city or have a jam-packed schedule, online therapy is a popular option for those who want even greater flexibility. Not only does it come with many benefits, it’s proven to be equally as effective as therapy in person. Sessions last for one hour and are delivered via Zoom, with or without the camera on.

Domestic Abuse Support

Tailor-made practical and emotional support for victims and those who use harmful behaviours. Victims can receive therapy and/or opt for practical guidance where they will deepen their understanding of the different types of abuse, explore their options and be signposted to other services. Therapy is also offered to those who harm as is structured cognitive-behavioural sessions that foster understanding and challenge behaviour. It is an impartial service whose aim is to promote healthy, functioning relationships.
